ARE MAGAZINE DEAD?
The magazine industry is not what it used to be. Less and less magazine are on the newsstands. You will still find the older magazine like Vogue, Elle, and Essence, etc. But many of our favorite magazines are gone. Back in the 90’s, you could find any niche magazine mostly car, fitness, and magazine with glamour models. So is magazines dead? The answer to this question is no.
Time has change and magazine readers are different. Today’s magazine reader consumes content on smartphones or tablet. Older readers are now embracing modern technology. Many publishers sell more digital magazine than prints.
But I have Only Fans and a lot of followers. Why should I care about Magazines? Most magazine readers are willing to pay for content like Only Fans. The magazine is a great tool to let people know about you. Some readers don’t hang online and may not know who you are. Not everyone uses the internet every day.
We knew digital was going to become big after watching Martha Stewarts showed the digital suite. Many traditional publishers ignored Martha and laugh at digital.
